Innovative second skin packaging reduces plastic consumption by more than 50%. It is recyclable, easily separable (cardboard and plastic), made from recycled APET and reduces waste and volume. After use, the plastic can be crumpled up to save space – for easier disposal.
Zenbu uses MSC-certified, wild-caught fish and ASC-certified aquaculture for its fresh sushi products. This means sustainable fishing, high environmental standards and complete transparency from catching to cooling.
