Zenbu tamari soy sauce is made without wheat and is therefore gluten-free. With its strong umami flavour, it refines sushi, sashimi and grilled foods to create highly aromatic dishes.

For your aperitif
Gently heat 2 tablespoons of tamari sauce and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan, toss in 200 g of almonds and brown lightly in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes (at 180 degrees). Leave to cool, then serve.
